GPOBA W2 Community of Practice

Overview

This  activity  redesigned  the  OBA  Community  of Practice  (CoP)  and  strategically repositioned it on the GPOBA website.

Activities:
  Conducting members’  survey  and defining a CoP  guidelines  of  collaboration  (e.g.  charter, scorecard etc.)
  Determining  functionalities  of  online  CoPs, publications.

Status

Closed.
All of the activities were carried out as planned. Based on the survey, the CoP platform was designed and launched as an online tool. The CoP networking event took place at the GPOBA 10th Year Anniversary in October 2013.
